well there's a parameter for FET to only drop during volcanic and pot down (std).
So i can't see why you can't just do it the other way around, not pop until EM is popped or if it is more than 1 min until EM comes off cd, which would never happen unless you fire very few LB's off.
I would say you should have a look at the FET parameters, there should be something usefull. If i have the time tomorrow i will try and look at this myself.

Hello, have a question regarding the action priority list as I would like to test cooldown usage with/without trinkets up.
I know how to implement a parameter where I will NOT use a cooldown if bloodlust is up, and how to ONLY use it while bloodlust is up, but how in my case could I make sure that I do not use Elemental Mastery (20% haste) while bloodlust (30% haste) AND the insignia of the corrupted mind (30% haste) are up.
Just to clarify, its ok to use elemental mastery while EITHER are up, just not while BOTH are up together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just use ,if=buff.bloodlust.down&buff.insignia.down, that's it. If you are not activsting bloodlust yourself use !buff.bloodlust.react , same thing for elemental mastery if that is a unpreditable proc ( chance < 1.0. I'm no shaman, so I don't have a clue ), so that reaction time gets added. Keep in mind that this means there can be a possibility where both buffs are active, but you haven't yet registered it because of the reaction time.

One thing that, to this day, still confuses me is the big bold numbers at the top of the results that read:
Your Name: xxxx dps
Is that your current dps using the gear, enchants, reforges that you already have on, or is that the theoretical DPS you could have if you plugged in the weights they provide in the result?

It's the estimated dps given your current gear, talents, glyphs, etc. If you changed your enchants/reforges based on the weights provided by that run of SimC, the result would change.

Is there a way to input into SimC item upgrades that went live yesterday in patch 5.1?

I still can't find Elementalfocus in Simcraft oO
I wanted to check 33,3% crit-rate, assuming you have 100% uptime on 15% more spellpower but i can not find any uptime or something like that. Help pls ^^

Elemental Focus should be listed in the Buffs-section. For my ilvl541 set, it has 63,7% uptime with 25,23% crit (raidbuffed)
